

It is so important to look after our lower back strength, especially as we age. After all it help us to move, walk and run as well as hold our body upright and promote good posture and balance.
This five-week yoga series is designed specifically for the lower back and surrounding area to help promote strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Each week will focus on different aspects of lower back health, integrating various restorative and somatic yoga poses and breathing techniques to enhance recovery and help prevent future discomfort.

The lower back is not just one area but all of the above - everything is connected! So each week we focus on a different area to help promote a strong and flexible lower back!
I will guide you through gentle flows, targeted stretches, and mindful practices to strengthen your core, release tension, and find lasting relief.
