This type of retreat combines the benefits of yoga, such as reduced stress, improved flexibility, and increased energy, with the delicious and social experience of afternoon tea

AND each month we have a special theme to reflect on and help you make positive changes in your life that uplift and transform you into the person you were born to be!

Here is what you can expect from a typical yoga and afternoon tea mini retreat:

  • Yoga: The retreat will start with a yoga class, designed to help you relax and unwind. The class will be suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you'll be able to participate and enjoy the benefits.
  • Breathwork: Exercises to energise/calm/purify/expand the energy (chi) in the body & mind
  • Guided Meditation: Time to meditate together and go deeper into your practice.
  • Monthly Theme: Let us go deep into your heart's desires and connect with your inner guidance. Then with the use of skillful questions and inner enquiry I guide you through the topic of the month. Examples of themes: Creating a Vision Board, Letting go and Transformation, Building Resilience, Connect with Heart, Dealing with Money blocks.
  • Afternoon tea: At the end you will enjoy refreshments, complete with a variety of teas, and delicious home baking made with love. This is a great opportunity to socialise with other participants and take some time out for yourself to relax, renew and refresh yourself.
  • Final Meditation: This is where we consolidate all our insights and goals before closing the retreat.
