Join our meditation series in Cahir and learn how to develop your own at home meditation practices so that you can stay calm and focused in your daily life no matter what is going on around you.

Each week consists of:

  • A guided group meditation practice led by Maria to help you go deeper into your meditation

  • Research about meditation and mindfulness
  • Guidance and tips on how to practice meditation at home
  • Each week we discuss a different aspect of Eastern philosophy from the wisdom teachings of Yoga, Chi Kung and Tai Chi

Time/Day: 7-8PM, Wednesdays, for 5 weeks
