Mediation is also known as simply being present; taking a little time out of your day to sit still and focus on how you breath.
During these classes you take time to re-connect with your inner self by learning some tools and techniques that help bring about calmness and inner peace. Working in small groups we learn how to use the practice of mediation to come home to ourselves, finding our own truth and clarity about how we live our daily lives.
Classes run one evening a week over 4 weeks at a time. Each class last about 2 hours and includes mediation and healing techniques to help you in you daily life along with a cup of tea and a chance to chat with others.
